What are your products for?+

Are your pens simply reconstituted peptide?+
No. Our pens contain the synthesised peptide formulated within a precisely engineered, compound-specific buffer system. This is not a simple reconstitution process — the buffer system protects against denaturation, aggregation, and degradation, maintains optimal pH, and enables ambient-temperature shipping without cold chain requirements.
Do I need to refrigerate the pens?+
Our buffer-stabilised formulations are stable at ambient temperatures, eliminating the need for cold-chain shipping. However, refrigeration is advised upon receiving your pens to maintain optimal compound stability throughout the research period.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?+
All orders are dispatched within 72 hours of payment confirmation. UK orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days; EU orders within 3-5 working days; global destinations within 5-10 working days.
What shipping options do you offer?+
We offer UK (Royal Mail Tracked 48, £7.50), EU (Royal Mail International Tracked, £12.00), and Global (Royal Mail International Tracked, £18.00) shipping. All shipments are tracked and dispatched in discreet packaging.
How does the ordering process work?+
Select your compounds using the order form on this page, specifying compound, dose, and quantity. Submit your enquiry with your delivery address. We will send a secure payment link within 24 hours. Once payment is confirmed, your order is dispatched within 72 hours.
Can I order multiple compounds?+
Yes. Our order form allows you to add multiple compounds, each with their specific dose and quantity, in a single enquiry. You can also add the same compound in multiple dose sizes as separate line items.
What is the maximum number of clicks on the pen?+
Each pen has a maximum of 300 clicks. Use our Pen Click Calculator on this page to determine the number of clicks required for your target research dose.
Do you accept returns?+
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. No guaranteed reships or refunds; however, genuine claims arising from demonstrable product or dispatch errors will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
How is purity verified?+
All compounds are manufactured and analytically verified at our UK partner laboratory under a GMP-aligned quality framework. Analytical verification is conducted in-house throughout the manufacturing process.
Are you the manufacturer?+
We are a specialist distribution channel for a UK-based, GMP-aligned peptide manufacturer. All compounds are manufactured to order by our manufacturing partner, with full formulation and analytical oversight at source.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept bank transfer (SEPA and international) and secure payment links. Full payment details are provided on invoice following order confirmation. All invoices are issued in GBP.
