Shipping Policy
All orders are dispatched within 72 hours of payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next available working day.
All orders are dispatched in discreet, unmarked outer packaging. The contents are not identified on the exterior of any parcel.
A tracking number is provided for all shipments. Tracking information will be shared upon dispatch to the email address provided at ordering.
For international orders, the buyer is solely responsible for determining whether importation of research peptides is lawful in their jurisdiction, and for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at orders@healthhub.one. Claims for lost parcels must be raised within 30 days of dispatch.
